The Development Manager is responsible for the administration of all Capital Fund activities and contracts, management of all new construction and rehabilitation work for GMHA, and supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor. Serving as Contract Administrator, the Development Manager surveys and inspects properties to determine maintenance requirements.

After developing specifications, bid contracts are solicited in accordance with HUD, State, and GMHA Procurement Policies. All contract work is inspected to ensure that specifications and financial objectives are met.
