Greene Metropolitan Housing Authority owns and operates a Section 8 New Construction, 17-unit multi-family development in Yellow Springs, Ohio. Village Greene is composed of five (5) two-bedroom units, ten (10) three-bedroom units and two(2) four-bedroom units.

Fifteen of these units are nestled in a quiet country setting across from the bike path. These units are also adjacent to the bike path and Glen Helen, which is a nature preserve. Each unit has a stove, refrigerator, storage shed and washer dryer hook-up. The complex also offers a playground area for children of all ages.
