Greene Metropolitan Housing Authority owns and manages nineteen family units in the Village of Yellow Springs. Family units are dispersed throughout the village.

There are 11 two-bedroom homes and 8 three-bedroom homes. Residents are responsible for all utilities and are required to pay rent based on 30% of their income or a flat rent. All units have washer dryer hook-up, stove and refrigerator. Most homes have a nice size yard and garage. Residents are responsible for the upkeep of their yard.

Homes located in Yellow Springs are within walking distance to downtown and many major retailers. Antioch University is located within the city. Yellow Springs offers a library, community center, bike path and many parks and activities such as the Yellow Springs Street Festival, for its residents.
