Family Unit Header

GMHA owns and manages over 200 family units in Greene County. GMHA provides housing for families in Xenia, Fairborn, Beavercreek, Yellow Springs and Cedarville. These units are unique in that they are dispersed throughout the county. Family units consist of two, three and four bedroom homes, town homes and garden apartments.

All family units have a stove and refrigerator and washer/dryer hook-up. Most units have a garage or storage area and a nice sized yard. Families are responsible for all utilities when they move into a GMHA unit. They are also responsible for lawn care. Residents are required to pay rent that is based on 30% of their income. GMHA provides 24-hour maintenance to families year round.
