Greene Metropolitan Housing Authority owns and manages twenty-two family units in the Village of Cedarville. Family units are dispersed throughout the village.

There are 12 two-bedroom homes and 10 three-bedroom homes. Residents are responsible for all utilities and are required to pay rent based on 30% of their income. All units have washer dryer hook-up, stove and refrigerator. Most homes have a nice size yard and garage. Residents are responsible for the upkeep of their yard.

Homes located in Cedarville are within walking distance to downtown and many major retailers. Cedarville University is located within the village. Cedarville, situated in a country setting, offers a library, bike path and activities for its residents.
