Beavercreek Family Housing
Greene Metropolitan Housing Authority owns and manages forty-nine family units in the City of Beavercreek. Family units are dispersed throughout the city.

There are 15 two-bedroom homes, 32 three-bedroom homes and 2 four-bedroom homes. Most of the homes in Beavercreek were purchased and rehabilitated. Residents are responsible for all utilities and are required to pay rent based on 30% of their income or they may select a flat rent. All units have washer dryer hook-up, stove and refrigerator. Most homes have a nice size yard and garage. Residents are responsible for the upkeep of their yard.

Homes located in Beavercreek are close to many major retailers. Wright State University is located just outside of the city. Beavercreek offers a library, food pantry and many parks and activities such as the Beavercreek Popcorn Festival, for its residents.
