Greene Metropolitan Housing Authority owns and manages twenty-two family units in the Village of Cedarville. Family units are dispersed throughout the village.

All units have washer dryer hook-up, stove and refrigerator. Most homes have a nice size yard and garage. Residents are responsible for the upkeep of their yard.
