In an effort to maintain quality affordable housing in Greene County, GMHA owns 16 properties scattered throughout the Xenia area, previously known as Yellowbird Homes. These homes are not subsidized and are rented on the open market. Persons who hold a Section 8 Choice Voucher are welcome to apply.
