Family Units
GMHA owns and manages over 200 family units in Greene County. GMHA provides housing for families in Xenia, Fairborn, Beavercreek, Yellow Springs and Cedarville. These units are unique in that they are dispersed throughout the county. Family units consist of two, three and four bedroom homes, town homes and garden apartments.
All family units have a stove and refrigerator and washer/dryer hook-up. Most units have a garage or storage area and a nice sized yard. Families are responsible for all utilities when they move into a GMHA unit. They are also responsible for lawn care. Residents are required to pay rent that is based on 30% of their income. GMHA provides 24-hour maintenance to families year round.

Elderly Units
GMHA owns and manages over 100 elderly units in Greene County. GMHA provides housing for elderly and disabled individuals in Xenia, Fairborn and Yellow Springs. The majority of these units are one-bedroom, ground level apartments. All units have a stove and refrigerator and a laundry facility on site. Most units have a storage and patio area.
Each elderly site has a community room for residents to use. Each site also provides units that are designed for physical accessibility by mobility-impaired residents. Residents are required to pay rent that is based on 30% of their income. GMHA provides 24-hour maintenance to families year round.
