LEGAL NOTICE

Greene Metropolitan Housing Authority (GMHA), 538 N. Detroit Street, Xenia, Ohio will be accepting bids for:

Project Info. : 21 Units. Xenia, Fairborn, Beavercreek, Ohio

Installation of 21 high efficiency gas furnaces

Installation of 21 high efficiency gas water heaters

Electrical Renovation Installation of 21 branch circuits

Bid Packets may be picked up at the office of GMHA 1/29/10 through 2/12/10, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. There will be a $10.00 charge for each bid packet which is payable by check or money order.

The sealed bids will be received until 2/26/10 at 3:00 P.M. local time at the office of GMHA, 538 N. Detroit Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The sealed bids shall be marked on the outside of the envelope: Project 21 Units – Xenia, Fairborn, Beavercreek
