Greene Metropolitan Housing Authority (GMHA), 538 N. Detroit Street, Xenia, Ohio will be accepting bids for:

Project Info. : Beavercreek Project 22-12 AMP 182 &

Fairborn Project 22-12 AMP 183

Installation of 7 Geothermal furnaces

Bid Packets may be picked up at the office of GMHA 2/5/10 through 2/19/10, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. There will be a $10.00 charge for each bid packet which is payable by check or money order.

The sealed bids will be received until 3/5/10 at 3:00 P.M. local time at the office of GMHA, 538 N. Detroit Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The sealed bids shall be marked on the outside of the envelope: Beavercreek Project 22-12 AMP 182 & Fairborn Project 22-12 AMP 183
